This was my first experience at Iowa Ortho PT. Emilie was great. She immediately started evaluating me as we walked back to the consultation rooms. As we discussed my place on the road to full recovery from THR, she listened carefully and provided excellent feedback, information and suggestions. The activities she recommended were thoroughly explained and she also provided a printout further demonstrating the exercises. As I stood at the desk to make my next appointment, Emilie kindly assisted a gentleman, who did not appear to be her patient, but was in need of some attention. Her kindness and empathy as well as her attention to customer service were on full display.
