Learn About Our Roles

Senior Rad Tech – Ashley Davis, RT(R)

Ashley Davis is a Senior Rad Tech in Clinical Operations.  Ashley’s role as a Senior Clinical Operations Rad Tech involves wearing many hats throughout the day. She begins by preparing for the clinic, reviewing reports and ensuring everything is ready for her patients. From rooming patients to assisting the doctors and PAs with their care, she stays busy and hands-on. On top of that, Ashley performs necessary xrays, removes sutures, applies and removes casts and splints, and draws labs when needed. Her job is a balance of clinical tasks and administrative duties, all aimed at creating a seamless and comfortable experience for patients.

For Ashley, the most rewarding aspect of her work is seeing her patients’ progress over time. “I love being there for some of their very first appointments and then seeing them again at their last appointments,” she shared. “It’s amazing to witness how much we’ve helped them, and when a patient remembers me because of how great of a job I did helping them, it’s a confidence boost.”

Triage Nurse – Karley Miller, RN

Karley’s day-to-day work is a blend of skilled nursing and thoughtful leadership. “My nursing role involves patient communication, providing nursing guidance, and assisting my providers with anything they may need,” she explains. “On the team lead side, I have the opportunity to be involved in department policies, leadership collaboration, and the overall wellbeing of the team.”

What’s kept her here is the workplace culture. “I’m part of a great team that supports and encourages me both professionally and personally.”
